My girlfriend ordered a pizza here and a mistake was made on the order. We called in hopes that they would help us out, and we could just exchange the pizza for the correct one. The woman on the line said that we would be charged because we changed our mind, so we specified that we did not change our mind, but there was a mistake on the order. She told us that it was okay, and that it would be a one hour wait. After almost two hours pass, we check in to learn that they hadn't made the pizza yet at all, and we got questioned again, the man on the line insisted that the woman we had spoke to before told him we had changed our minds and therefore wouldn't give us the pizza. He continued to try to debate with us about whether or not the order was wrong, but after a while said the pizza would be on its way in twenty minutes. We didn't touch the other pizza and exchanged it for the correct one. Although the situation was resolved, I feel the overall process was an unnecessary headache, and the situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner. Usually order from here but was very disappointed by my experience.
Ordered a cheese pizza to be delivered and it was burnt...they offered to redo it but that one too was burnt...didn’t bother going back.
Inconsistent service. We’ve ordered from this location four times, each time the product has gotten worse.
Should be out of business. We ordered food from there today, after an hour of waiting we called back and all we got was do u want a refund or another order. Since this is how u treat ur customers I think I will and most our friends told us not to order from u, we will order from Pansinellas since ther order taking is more convenient and whose ever answers the phone is actually listening to the order as opposed to listening elsewhere. Steak and cheese isn't even close to what my husband received bacon and cheese. Srsly teach the employees customer service. They would rather give a refund than to take the order correctly. I worked in food service for way too long to know ur employees haven't had the correct training.
You'd never know that Newmarket NH is the pizza capital of the world but this gem highlights one of the many great pizza places in the region. Jeremy's is the centerpiece of them all.

Thought we would try them again tonight and called in an order to be delivered...I asked the woman that it be made well done and the first bite was just straight red...didn’t even bother calling them this time but for what it’s worth I would not recommend this location...especially for the prices...which I guess are fair but you outta get what you pay for.
